📜 1. Refund & Return Policy

At Dhammakart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In the same condition as received
    • With invoice or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Used products
  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you regarding approval/rejection.
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

3. Exchange

We replace items only if:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
